I bought $10 worth of gas today. It was 3.6 gallons. Feeling nauseated, I reminded myself that some billionaires were making record profits and, thanks to all our humble contributions to their bank accounts, could finally afford that fourth mansion they'd had their eye on, and their 16-year-old daughter Muffy could upgrade that Lexus she bought last year (its color was soooo 2005).
