Jodie Sweetin, Stephanie on "Full House," admitted recently that she had been addicted to meth. Apparently even her husband (at the time), who was a cop, didn't know about her using. Apparently, and I'm not making this up, she cleaned up after an intervention staged by her former TV family, including Bob Saget (Dad), Candace Cameron (D.J.), the Olsen twins (Michelle), and John Stamos (The always scrumptious Uncle Jesse). Her rehab reportedly took only 30 minutes, minus commercial breaks (cue laugh track).
Today's trivia challenge: What did the initials D.J. stand for? What was the family's last name? What actor played the goofy stand-up comic Joey? List as much of the theme song's lyrics as you can. A hint: the name of it is "Everywhere You Look."
The even bigger question is, Why do I remember this stuff?
